Return and refund policy

At Novaquit, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable laws.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
The cost of returns is borne by the purchaser, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be made to the original method of payment within 30 days.
